My students have said that I am very approachable, make the subject exciting, patient, and make them feel comfortable asking "silly" questions. I have a good sense of humor, very organized, and if I don't know the answer to a question we can engage in conversation and find the answer together - a great way to learn study skills and how to think through challenging questions. I like listening to a wide range of music - everything from classic rock, jazz, electronic, classical, and hip hop. I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, and being outdoors. I like puzzles, board games, and playing poker.
